Framing Canada simplifies the work of political activists, opinion leaders and simple observers of the political world. Reducing Twitter, it’s content and interface, to it’s simplest expression, Framing Canada removes the clutter of other Twitter clients, helping the process of pushing the message through. Even if your goal is not to take part in the debate, Framing Canada will let you get an idea of what's being said by opinion leaders as it happens.
Framing Canada is a Twitter client: it will let you interact with Twitter feeds, reply to users, retweet and follow hashtags. Framing Canada is built for canadian politics: by default, content is presented by political parties, and popular hashtags for those parties is the default content.
Politics is more than parties: for convenience sake, covering of runnings is provided. You'll also always have the possibility to read tweets for every hashtag found in user's tweets and follow links in an internal browser.
If you follow politics through the world, there is probably no needs to tell you why Twitter matter. Even though only a small percentage of the public is on Twitter, opinion leaders - the influential people who transmit messages to the general public - use it all the time. And that's why it matters: framing an issue, setting the debate to certain specific questions, etc. will never be as easy.
Framing Canada will run on any device able to run iOS 4.0 and up (so that excludes the first generation iPhone and iPod Touch). So, if you have an iPhone, an iPad or an iPod Touch, Framing Canada is made for you.
